- Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Purchases When
you make a purchase from SaveOnLens of FSA-reimbursable
items that will be automatically deducted from your FSA
account (i.e., if you use your FSA-approved credit or debit
card to make the purchase or if we have an arrangement with
your FSA administrator to provide electronic substantiation
on your behalf), we share with your FSA administrator a
list of the FSA-eligible products you purchased, together
with such account, transaction and payment information as
may be requested by your FSA administrator for the purpose
of substantiating and tracking your purchase. We do not
share with your FSA administrator information about non-FSA
items you purchase.
- Brand Manufacturers - We may develop programs with
some of our brand manufacturers through which you may be
offered special discounts or coupons on products in exchange
for providing your e-mail address or completing a survey
about the manufacturer's products. When you are offered
such discounts or coupons in exchange for providing information
(for example, giving your e-mail address or completing a
survey), you will be notified that if you choose to participate,

From time to time, we may partner with certain companies
who, in conjunction with membership programs, subscription
services, or rewards programs, require that we disclose purchasing
or other personal information about their members who visit
our Web store (for example, to earn points for purchases made
on our site through links from the partner site). We will
disclose only the information required to make these programs
work for you and support your membership in them. In addition,
we disclose this information to such companies only if you

30 Day Return Policy
SaveOnLens wants you to shop with confidence. To ensure you
are 100% satisfied, all unopened products are backed by our
no hassle 30 day return or exchange policy. Items may be returned
within 30 days of purchase provided they are unopened, undamaged,
unmarked and in original condition. Such returns will receive
credit in full, excluding any shipping and handling charges.
We cannot accept opened boxes and vials, as we are unable
to return these to the manufacturer. A minimum $10.00/box restocking
fee will apply to most returns.
Please note Made to Order Lenses, Special Effects lenses
and Single Lenses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you believe that a lens or lenses are defective, please
do not throw away any of the lenses. They may have to be returned
to the manufacturer for analysis. Opened lenses can be returned
only if you have a valid prescription for the lenses, with
which you have been wearing without problems, and you feel
that the lens is defective in some way. Please have a copy
of your prescription together with the questioned lens and
original packaging return to us. Misused or mishandled lens
will not be replaced or returned.
We are unable to give refunds for defective lenses in opened
boxes. However, a replacement lens will be issued at no cost
and shipped free with the next order, provided that the lens
manufacturer agrees the lens is defective. Please note that
defective lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same
lens and prescription.
Please ensure that you only order replacement contact lenses
that are prescribed by your optometrist. For your protection,
items should be returned via traceable mail.
Before returning items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include your name, order number, and the reason for
the return in the email. Our customer support department will
issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
and the return procedure. This RMA number should be written
prominently in the address portion of your return package.
Also copy of your invoice must be included with the Return
Note: Please package your return carefully to ensure your
lenses are not damaged in shipment - we cannot issue credit
for items damaged during transit to our office. For your protection,
items should be returned using traceable mail. We are unable
to issue credit for packages lost during transit to our office.
SaveOnLens is dedicated to providing exceptional customer
service to all our customers. If you have any questions regarding
your purchase, we will do everything we can to address your
concerns. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason,
please contact us as soon as possible. As a majority of in-stock
items ship within 24 hours, it is imperative that you contact
us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed
and/or shipped. If an order can be cancelled, there will be
a minimum $10.00/box cancellation fee.
What if my order has already been shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it
has been processed/shipped out. However, items may still be
returned within 30 days according to the terms of our Return
Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for all
charges associated with the shipping and return-shipping of
goods back to SaveOnLens. We process all returns within 10
business days of the receipt of the returned merchandise.
Credit card companies vary in the time required to post credits
back to a customer's account. Please consult your credit card
company for additional information regarding credit policies.
For PayPal orders, refunds will need to be withdrawn from
your PayPal account to reflect on your credit card statement.
